So I posted a help thread in the PC and Xbox section because my issue was persisting on both platforms for the game, and Comedic Hermit decided to bypass my entire thread and lock it before I could actually receive any help.
The “Active User Signed Out” sign out loop is occurring and despite trying every troubleshooting method provided (including the one on 343i FAQ) the game is STILL signing me out and has me in this loop ONE WEEK ongoing. For PC and XBOX.
The nice monitor wrote my entire thread off by saying that “there were server issues last night” when my issue had been persisting for 2 days before that (which I detailed in the thread) and still persisting now.
So if Comedic Hermit would not lock this thread and actually provide support that would be nice. Since 343i don’t respond to anything. One of the main reasons I have always been an xbox fanboy is for Halo and I have literally been unable to play this game that I PAY FOR for a week.
I’m just annoyed that my post was up for days on end before being found by the worst “monitor” any company could have on their team and I have yet to receive any help.
