HELP Stuck at SR7 & can't use my loadouts!

As described in the subject,

Myself along with some people I have seen on reddit/r/halo are complaining about being stuck at SR7. I can see my load-outs but during the game I am not given my load-out and I am stuck not gaining any XP. Is this because the servers are not working properly & will we get XP even though it shows us after games that we did not receive any??

Please report on this issue ASAP!

i had this happen to me i just got xp when i restarted and left my party

and now i didn’t get xp from this last game

Also happened to me, also getting sent back to SR1 in midgame causing me to not get any exp or commendations. Reading me as offline in commendations, turns out fine once I restart but repeats all over again around midgame.

Same here but the game said Cant Earn Commandation cause of the servers are unavailable or because you are offline… But i am online and playing i still earn EXP but cant use loadout and in game profile said level 1 but in the menu i am level 9

so it looks like if u sign out of xbox live and sign back in then play a game you will get xp for that game. then repeat till your out of lvl 7

im getting the same error also. its recording all my stats and im getting SP and it says im level 6 but when i look on waypoint it says im SR1. also my buddies say it shows me as SR1 also. wtf? also i can’t use my custom load out. really anoying!!
