WTF!!! I bought limited edition, ranked up and used my stalker class. now that ive reached level 60, all of my other options are now missing!!! and only wetwork and operator are available!! I phoned 1800-4MYXBOX and they did f*ck all to help. anybody else have this problem? And how do i get all of my specializtions back!??!?

My specialization options have been disappearing and reappearing for the last couple of days. The only advise that I have is to simply restart your Xbox.
Just relaunch the game, that usually fixes it. It’s a server issue, and relaunching resolves it - if not, try again shortly. This is posted in the official Halo 4 FAQ.

Thats an example of a guy who rage for just one small flaw. Do some research before complaining. seek help dont rage
This happened to me to but all I did was reset my 360 and they came back.
