I’m not sure what the solution to the bug is, I’ve tried looking online but nothing comes up except that others have experienced my problem as well. Anyone who knows the solution as to why in the lobby and ingame my character appears as a default recruit instead of what my character should look like as well as why I cannot look at the daily and weekly challenges, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you

We are having the exact same problem and don’t know how to fix it. I really wish there would be some help with this. It is really disappointing to lose everything.
I believe the servers might be under maintance, but I would’nt be one to judge that, anyways it’s most likely temperary because this happened 3 months back and 343 fixed it, so they most likely will fix it again.
It’s purely just because the servers are experiencing trouble do not sorry about it. Your stuff will load up when the servers fix
Sometimes the servers don’t load properly. Just try restarting the game. Usually the second time around you’ll connect properly and it’ll load up.
