Hello, I have experienced a problem; as you know coming up to christmas the servers are a slightly slower and frequent disconnections from the game server occur, this is due to new players playing the game, however I was disconnected just after opening a gold pack, in this pack there was a Locus helmet of legendary tier rating, however it was lost when I disconnected which was upsetting as it is one of my favorite helmets, I don’t quite know what to do about this so i was told the main method of contact about game errors was was through the forums, if there is anyone who can help me on this matter, please inform me; -
