My friend bought 3 HCS Packs and 1 Gold pack. But the Last HCS Pack and Gold pack did not give him any loot, but it still took his money.
We’re currently in a bind on what to do. Microsoft sent him to 343industries.org, but he got no help there.
Any suggestions on what to do? Any places we should go to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
