Hi guys,
Earlier on in the year when the beta was released i was unable to participate as i continuously received an error message whenever i tried to join and after every solution suggested to me (restarts, reinstalling etc) it did not work and i left it be.
Unfortunately, i am now experiencing the same issue with the full game. I have spoken to Microsoft support who so far have unfortunately been unable to amend the situation and as i am desperate to join my mates on the virtual battlefield i am writing here for any suggestions at all i may not have already thought of.
I can solo the campaign but that is it if i try to play any other mode i’m greeted with ’
‘Attention error authorising user with Halo 5 Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes’ and if i try to customise my spartan i get ‘unable to retrieve data. Please try again later’.
As i say guys any help or suggestions is massively appreciated as posting here was actually suggested from the guy over at Microsoft, cheers!
