Help: Receive an Error Message After Every Game

I’ve been receiving a message right after the game ends where it is supposed to show the results from the match.

It says, “We encountered a problem and could not retrieve your after match data at this time.”

Problem is, since I don’t see that after match data, I don’t receive any of the Req Points from the game nor Req Packs.

Why don’t halo put a real support team in like they don’t help at all

Just to note. The stats are being recorded. Went to my profile on waypoint and they showed up.

I experienced that issue a LOT last night. It’s a bit frustrating. Backing out of the lobby completely helped.

not only am i not receiving the data after any of my matches, i also just played 4 matches of swat and it still says i need to play 10 to qualify for a rank, it didn’t record any of that and i worked hard to win those matches.

its not recording any of my matches now and its not giving me any of the progress i earned on my commendations, and Im getting a little frustrated.

This started happening three days ago and nothing fixes it. No restarts, no shutdowns, no blackouts. Any news on how to fix this?

Now this is happening to me. It shows my proper multiplayer stats on the halo channel, but when I look on here it stays the same no matter what. Even my commendations in the game aren’t recording :frowning:
