So I’ve completed the Campaign, but I accidently completed half of it offline and Waypoint doesn’t show the completion difficulty above the mission in my stats.
It says that I have played through the missions, but no difficulty is specified or displayed, do I have to play them ONLINE to make the difficulty appear???
Unfortunately, yes. There is no temporary local storage system in place for when you don’t have a connection to the server, so you must play while connected to Live. This is the same to earn the Campaign Legendary Commendations to unlock the Armor and Emblems.

I don’t know why I didn’t see that my xbox wasn’t connected to LIVE…oh well, good thing Halo 4’s campaign is an enjoyable one

I only have half the campaign done on legendary offline, but SERIOUSLY? Great…
If you have it half done and then you complete it, you’ll have the achievements to prove you’ve done it at least!!!

Yes - at least you still get achievements. That’s why it’s a little frustrating that the commendations aren’t earned as well, but what can you do.
