I just bought a Gold Pack for 3€ because my games sucked so much, I needed something good.
But after the purchase (I have the receit from paypal) the pack loaded and then just disappeared. I didn’t open.
I checked and I have no new unlocks or REQs.
Where can I adress this problem? I don’t wan to have paid for nothing…
check your “open pack” tab later.

The same thing just happened to me…I tried to open a pack and it didnt open, so i bought another one (because surely it was just a one off glitch) but again, it didnt open …I still got charged for them even though I didnt get any req packs!

Okay, so maybe a problem on the Halo5 side? I just assumed that the connection broke for a second or something and the content of the pack went into nimbus.

Okay, so this might actually be a problem with the REQ system, not with me in particular.
Reset your xbox and check open packs tab.
Update: It just appeared.

They just appeared for me too, after sitting idle at the open packs screen for 10 minutes. I only got on the forums to write a topic asking 343 if they knew this was happening, but then I saw it was happening to others so I posted here.
