I have found the problem and fixed it sky had restricted me from playing the game but we changed that so it was sorted. Thank you for the help thoe

I do not know if this will help or not, but have you checked permissions on your xbox? Parental controls and that sort of thing?
This might be redundant, but have you done a cold boot to your system? Is your NAT set to open?
