so me and my buddy are working towards the legend achievement, we are down to the last H4 mission and hes only on 97% whilst im on 99%, is this a bug? We’ve played every single mission together and done all the cutscenes and stuff! Anyone know what the cause of this is? Or will the last mission simply give us the missing 3%?

Maybe he skipped one of the cutscene “levels.” Id say try the last one and then check back and see if you both got it, otherwise check through and see which one was missed.
Go back through the mission select and scroll through all of them slowly. Should unlock.
The first two selectable Halo 2 ‘levels’ are purely cutscenes that must be completely watched to receive credit, don’t hit any skip buttons and let the game load the next levels as they come. Same for the last Halo 3 ‘level’ and first and last Halo 4 ‘levels’.
