Could you brilliant spartans out there please help me out.
I’m not brilliant at playing arena, and have just had a couple of games on Warzone Firefight.
I would like advice on how I could improve, I just seem to have a couple of good games, where I can hit anything, but recently have been completely shocking…
As for Warzone, I’m a complete newbie!!!
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thankyou
-Use the pistol, not the assault rifle for most of your engagements. (Unless you have a battle rifle, then use that.)
-Throw grenades at walls to bounce them around corners or to nail someone behind you.
-Aim for the head ALWAYS when using precision weapons. (Br, Dmr, pistol)
If you’re new to the FPS genre in general, then you just need to get used to the aiming mechanics. You could try increasing or decreasing your weapon sensitivity (lowering is usually better if you’re having difficulty aiming). If you’re coming from Halo 5 from the previous Halo games, then it’s a fact that there’s much less aim assist in the game. It’s much more difficult to hit your targets in Halo 5 than in any of the older titles. If you’ve just gotten the game recently, there’s not much you can do, other than to ride it out and acclimate to the game’s peculiarities.
If you’re looking for more basic strategy tips, then there are two big things that can help you out, especially in Arena. First: learn the maps. You don’t have to hop into Forge and check all of the stats and respawn times of all of the weapons and pinpoint all of the callouts. Just pay attention to where things spawn as you play the game, and eventually you’ll remember where they are, and what weapons you like and want to use. This seems like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. If you can figure out what weapon you’re going to need for a specific reason and then you can find and use it, you’ll be much further ahead. Second: take advantage of the new movement mechanics. It may seem kind of silly at first, just jumping around aimlessly, but it can give you a massive tactical advantage. Just playing around with the slide, thrust, spartan charge, and ground pound mechanics gives you vital insight into how to use them effectively. Then, just by learning as you go, you can figure out how to apply them on the maps. Once you get a feel for your abilities, you’ll be able to look at a map while you’re playing on it and find a route from A to B much easier than before.
As for Warzone Firefight, no one can help you there. It’s a Godless place.
Thank you guys. I’ll heed your advice. I’ll try tweaking the sensitivity to see if that helps.
I’m more new to the online aspect of playing multiplayer.
Also play campaign for a bit to get used to the aiming because this game has less bullet magnetism compared to the other halo games and also lower down the deadzones to 0 percent for both in the settings.
try doing octagon with a friend. It will seriously help your aim. Do at least one everytime you get on to play (the more the better) and do it to warm up as well. It’s what the pros do to warm up.

I would suggest you to go to Halolfg to play warzone games in a fireteam to avoid coming up against one while solo queue and having a terrible time
Learn how to use the magnun. Go to warzone assault and only use the magnum
Play with a friend, as you can get tips on the go. For Warzone, I prefer to stay away from any weapon with a Sentinel scope on it as it isn’t very good at mid range encounters. Try going for bosses and AI, and make sure you stay near cover and don’t rush them unless you’re 100% sure you can take them as it’ll help with you’re basic aiming skill taking those guys on.
Campaign on legendary. WZF beta, excellent head shot practice.
Just practice shooting stuff on forge and moving around
Wow your a platnum 4!!!..lucky
