help please ambassadors

<p></p> hi i were in contact with microsoft xbox support and they referd me here to get help transfering ingame item that got redeemed to wrong account because the xbox changed the account it was logged into during the xbx live gold redeem and halo5 limited edition code… they told me you (one of the ambassador) could help me with that… just to move the digital content to the right account. the xbox gold matter is done . i can give more info on contact if and what u need

This would be more something for Xbox Live Support OP, not 343. Xbox Live Gold being redeemed to your account is an Xbox Live Account / Billing issue and not anything that 343 would beable to help out with, they don’t have that kind of access to your Xbox Live Account

Unfortunately content cannot be transferred to another account. Once redeemed, it is locked to that account. I’m not sure why support would refer you to the Ambassadors or here as we are unable to assist with any account/billing related matters.

thanks i did contact them back and now they agreed with it and the matter i sent to the account specialist support or something … 72h more to wait… pff :Pthe waiting is just painfully slow hehe checking the email back and forth . thanks for the answers tho guys!
