I just completed the Halo 4 Campaign on Legendary and didn’t get the Mark IV set of armor and the emblem. Has this happened to anyone else? I have all the Achievements and stuff and the 2 guys i played the entire game with got everything and i got nothing. Can anyone help or help me contact 343i I can’t find a number or e-mail to contact them and I’m very annoyed by this.
I’ve never experienced anything like that, but I’d be more than glad to help you beat it again. 
I don’t really want to play all that over on legendary again… I just want my armor.

This might be an issue with a certain mission. Go to your campaign lobby, and look at each of the missions, and see if each of them has the Legendary symbol on them. Occationally, certain missions don’t complete properly because of one of several reason, apparantly. If one of the missions doesn’t sport a Legendary symbol, try finishing it again, and it should fix itself. You can also check out the “Issues being investigated” that’s stickied in the Halo 4 forum section. Hope that helps.
I just had the exact same problem, I disconnected before I started Reclaimer and now apparently I have to do Reclaimer, Shutdown, Composer, and Midnight! The dumbest part about all of this is that I still got the achievements, if I got the damn achievements then it means I beat it on Legendary! I mean FFS it took me like six hours to beat the damn game, everyone in the same scenario as us should call over 343i employees and make them do it for us! It’s bad enough they screwed us over with Spartan Ops and multiplayer but really, Campaign too??? The fact that 343i hasn’t fixed this bug yet shows how much they care for the community. Gotta hand it to them though, it was smart to not show a place to contact for help with these sort of problems. I hope you read this 343i and also read this:
You suck -Yoink-, you completely -Yoinked!- up Halo 4 and I’ll bet you’ll -Yoink- up the entire Halo universe! Someone from 343i better read this -Yoinking!- post and do something to help the community! You may say it’ll be a lot of work to give everyone who beat the campaign on legendary the armor but it’s your damn job to work hard! Bungie did it so why can’t you? Wake up damn it, look around you, listen to the community, and for once do something you know you should. This community was never Bungie’s and it sure as hell isn’t your’s, it’s Halo’s. Everyone here follows the Halo franchise no matter what direction it goes! The only reason 343i became something worth mentioning is because of Halo.
At the end of the campaign you said, “Thank you for entrusting the universe to us”, and we did. Everyone gave Halo 4 a chance and everyone had high hopes for it, now do your damn part and listen to the community before the franchise crumbles while it under you! Start small, but at least start! Personally, if I don’t see some positive change by the time Halo 5 comes out, it’ll be the end of Halo and I. So many people already have quit Halo since Halo 4 came out, those ones who quit were the veterans of Halo and the ones who replaced them were kids who thought the game had cool guns. Look at your fanbase 343i, it’s mostly twelve to thirteen year olds. All of the veterans for the past twelve years have left because of the problems with Halo 4. Worst part about this is one of your moderators will read this and probably take it down because you won’t want to put some quality work that the community is yearning for and begging for you to fix and odds are if you don’t shape up now Halo 5, Halo 6, and so on will drop in sales and within the next three years or so Halo won’t even be a common thing to play. Don’t believe me? Look at Runescape, because that’s the exact same direction your going.
