Can anybody give me any general tips for finding the audio logs? I apparently suck at it. I’ve been looking (on the third Streets Mission) for over an hour and I’ve found 5 logs. One of these was inside a building in a weird place and another was part of an Optican Kiosk. Are they really this hard to find? At first I thought they were going to be kind of obvious, like a phone booth but they aren’t.
I just want some general hints like:
Are a lot of them inside buildings?
Is there a way to see where they are from a distance.

That’s how I found them.
Also, you’ll notice things like police sirens, car alarms, ATMs spewing money, etc. when you’re near an audio log.
Thanks for the help. I actually went to many of those locations, especially ones spewing tickets but never got a log. I guess I just didn’t move to the exact spot where it says to hold B.
If you have VISR mode on, it will usually highlight audio logs in yellow so you can find them. There should be a ringing telephone sometimes when you are close by. Lastly, watch for signs left by the superintendent- you’ll see detours on some signs, follow them 
Now that I know what I’m doing-finding 5 logs in 1 hour at the start was actually pretty good because I didn’t realize I hadn’t turned NAV on so I was playing in the dark! None of the COMM terminals were highlighted in yellow or anything. Try finding logs like that!
