Help! My ranking and over 11000req points are gone

Hi everyone. I have lost my ranking and my Req points after my last MP game and I don’t know if this is normal or it will get fixed.

It sucks to farm again. Should I talk or ask some one in particular or could any of you help me pleas

  • Try quitting the game then restarting it.
  • If that doesn’t work, hold down the “power on/off” button on your console for 10 seconds.If that doesn’t work out, just reply to this with what happened.

But in all seriousness I think Xbox Live is having issues today because a lot of people are reporting this problem.
