Help, my rank and armor, not appear

I need help. Yesterday my rank, armor and its effect did not appear in Halo Reach, and to finish the game a dialog appears saying “offline credit limit reached” and now do not earn credits. I need to know how this happened and if no solution, thanks.

I am having this issue too. I can’t seem to find who to report it to.

Same here, I’d like an answer, as I worked my -Yoink- off for that gear.

There’s a thread in the support section keeping up with all current server issues Reach has been having. Bravo from 343 replied on the thread himself. They’re on it.
