You have to download the gametypes for the weapon tuning. The default ones haven’t been changed.

This right here. Play MM, and download it from recent.

If you want the 4sk you need to land 90% of the bullets. out of the 4 bursts, the 11th bullet would be the one that kills. (provided you land the prior 10)Basically, if you miss even two of the bullets your window for the 4sk will close.
