OK so I about halo 5 upon release I got it downloaded and try ed playing it but my screen blacks out on specific parts of multi player and on the campaign mission 1 I have not finished because I cannot see a dang thing. I have been a halo fan forever love the campaign do please help me figure this out. I have already Uninstalled and reinstalled.i have tryed hard reboot. I traded in for another copy. And bought a new hdmi cord. Still nothing… help
If you’ve done everything you said you have the only fix is a system reset.
This means your console will revert back to factory settings like when you first got the console.
did you download the 9GB day one update?

Ya I got all updates. N factory reset… meaning IL have to reinstall all my games right
