Hello good people i was wondering how i obtain Recon Armor now that Bungie can not give it to you for the vidmaster challenges?

it should be unlocked for you since 343i unlocked it for everyone.
They release Recon to new players once month. You just have to wait until they release it next month. It comes out in waves. You just have to be patient.
