i got halo 4 limited edition and all the codes work but this one last night when i was installing the game i put the halo 4 war game map pack code that comes with specialization and the emblem in and redeemed it or atleast thought i did. and i noticed i dont have the stuff it said i should have gotten from it and i tried to redeem it again and it didnt work said the code was already redeemed but i checked my download history and i didnt show i have and it dont show i have it in the game or marketplace. help me please
The maps don’t get released until december so there’s nothing to download.
Specializations can be checked if you press start, move your left analog stick up, and choose specialization. It should be unlocked.

Also, you can’t use specializations until you are SR-50
but the code says you get early access to 6 specializations. so whats the point of using the code if you still have to level up like everyone else.
I’m wondering how the map pack thing is going to work. I redeemed the code and got the skins and stuff but obviously the maps aren’t out yet but I didn’t get any download or anything to say that I will get them. How is it going to work when they’re released?
The description for the Map Pass on the Marketplace mentions downloading the packs through the in-game store instead of the Marketplace so that you won’t be charged twice.
I think the specializations are all unlocked for people who had the code, and anyone who does not will get them as they are released, But you need to be rank 50 to use them.
The early access is because someone who is non-limited edition reaching 50 will only have access to a few of the Specs until 343 release them. Only Limited Ed. players would have access to all 6 straight away.
You still have to reach 50 first.

“Early access” doesn’t mean you can skip the prerequites. Read the small print. You have to complete one specialisation before you can choose another one. The starting specialisation, Spartan-IV (SR) goes up to SR50 with the following specialisations going up to level 10, with their respective abbreviations (Wetwork = WK, Operator = OP, etc.)
