I played a few games of swat with my wife. Wasnt boosting or anything. Never AFKd. Check my game history. If I did do something wrong, fine, ill do my time. not trying to make excuses like everyone else this happens to. The only thing i can think of that i did was send this guy a bunch of invites to my custom game, but i didnt think that was a bannable offense.
Also, new to forums, so im not sure if im posting this in the right place. if i did something wrong, let me know.
Also also, i just found out that its the console that is banned, not just one account.
Just FYI mate, there appears to be an official thread about accounts being banned. It seems that you are only supposed to report that type of issue there.
Though, to be honest, I can’t vouch for it. I posted 19 hours ago (with a similar complaint as yours) and have yet to hear anything back from anyone official. Kind of irritating to pay for a service that you are then denied due to an artificial intelligence glitch of some sort.
Normally you won’t hear an “official” response, most of the moderators don’t have supreme access to all of 343’s files on such things. Most answers you will get are from forum members that will look into your game history and let you know why they “think” you could have gotten banned. However its usually not necessary due to credit bans at most lasting 2 weeks, if it was a first ban, it should only be 24 hours.

Just to say, the Why did I get banned? topic will not always get a reply from a 343i Employee, they personally have other important things to do, if you post your Gamertag and ask why you were banned, some Community Members will look through your game history and most likely link you to a game were you AFK’d or cheated.
