Help Me - Credit Banned

I have been credit banned for almost a week and I’m not fully understanding why? I play a lot of Grifball and try to make the rounds go by fast. I get a lot of credits at the end but jeez, I don’t know why I’ve been credit banned this long? Could someone please explain to me why I am credit banned still?

No point in complaining, moderators and other fellow Spartans will see this as a deserving punishment. My advice would be to wait it out a bit more, play other games, to pass the time or watch youtube. Basically do something to stop you from thinking about Reach. Then come back to it after a period of time, and it should be gone.

I wasn’t complaining. I’ve played this game for a long time and played grifball the same way I always have and I’ve never been banned that long. I just wanted to know what the deal was.

You get credit bans for having controllers plugged in that don’t get a single kill over a few matches. I don’t know but there are likely many other ways to get banned too. Like people reporting or avoiding you.

That wouldn’t get you banned. You can check the ban thread at the top of the forums for more info

Good afternoon.

I looked through your Halo: Reach Game History. The last time you played according to it was 2012. You only left one game early and did not have any games with no kills, or any games where you used Guest Accounts. I see no signs of boosting and your stats and achievements are legit.

So I am going to go down a list here. Did any of the following happen?

  • Did you mod your Halo: Reach Profile in any way (Not limited to but including, cR boosts, Nameplate Change, and Armory Unlocks including the Eternal Armor Effect)? - Were you resetting weekly challenges via network manipulation? - Were you lagswitching games yourself, causing network manipulation? - Did you allow a friend access to your LIVE account? - Was your Xbox LIVE account hacked and abused by the hacker and/or outside parties? - Were you excessively using/abusing LIVE’s Report feature? - Were you consistently performing acts of unsporting conduct (Not limited to but including team killing/betraying, trashtalking, not playing gametypes the way they were meant to be played?)Any of these actions could earn you a potential ban, so I have to ask. Bans just do not happen.
