A few months ago, I asked the community to help pick my helmet for me, and I’m still rocking that Mark VI. 
Now, I want you guys to help pick my shoulder armour! I have 100% armory completion, so go nuts!
ODST, sniper, or Mark V, full sets, no mixing!

one of the mod’s is on a power trip she is power hungry
I’d say go Left: Security, and Right: Commando.
If you want to optimize your look, add commando variant with the last upgrade, and use a bulky, big chest.
Can’t go wrong with Mark V, ODST, or even Default.
Don’t use the big obnoxious shoulders like Commando or Security. They just look silly.
Sniper is pretty nice

ODST are the best on all armor combinations, I think.
Mark 5 and commando are a favourite mix.
