343: It is a bit difficult to explain but I recently received the email for my specialization token for Halo 4. However it was attached to my old gamertag which has not been used in 2 years. I spent over an hour on the phone with xbox support and we believe that we have fixed the issue that caused this to happen but they said they were unable to reissue me a new code. They stated my best chance would be to post on the forums @Halo Waypoint. I would be glad to provide what ever info you may need to help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.
