It’s been a couple weeks since I unlocked the Cairo Station Achievement and the armor is still locked away.
If this is not the proper place to seek support for my issue, would someone please point me toward the proper channels?

Seriously, a negative answer is better than no answer at all. I’d much rather get a “We are aware of the issue and cannot resolve it at this time,” than this silence. Ignoring me has only given me the impression that you perceive me to be nothing more than a money tree to be shaken from time to time.
All the MCC unlocks worked fine for me. My suggestion would be to pop MCC in real quick, verify the cheevo is unlocked, then load up Halo 5. If that doesn’t work, consider playing the level over again to see if that triggers it. Also, make sure your region/language is set to English. I’ve heard of people having issues when their regions were set to different things.

The achievement is unlocked. I guess I can go through the level a fourth time. How do you check region? I still have trouble navigating the Xbox One’s counter-intuitive UI.

I checked and everything is correct. My language is English, country is US, and spoken language is English. I don’t believe this is an issue that can be solved on my end.
My friend did the campain on legendary and said he got the armour.
It seems my Cairo Station achievement disappeared along with other recently completed MCC mission achievements.
