Help, level up glitch

So I just leveled up to SR33 and said that I got the Hazop FRST, Strider, Scanner, and special emblem sets; but here is the real kicker, I already had them. I was confused so I went to check to see what had happened and for some reason none of the preorder bonuses were there anymore.

Anyone know what happened?

Did you redeem them on your account or on your sibling’s account?

If you redeemed the codes for those items before you played a match, that is supposed to happen. It’s basically a reminder to let you know that you now have access to them.
