Well I’m new in the forums so I apologize beforehand if I write something wrong.
Hope someone can help me out with this, so I will number by cronological steps my situation so it will be more easy to understand:
1.- By the June 06, I connect to Live and my profile is updated.
2.- In the meantime until yesterday June 24, I have been playing Halo CEA finishing 100% and getting 1000G.
3.- By June 24, I move my profile from my console to my pendrive, but something happened in the process that it became corrupt and lost everything I have achieved so far, about 1000G between Halo CEA and Halo Wars, two weeks lost.
4.- Having no other choice but to restore my profiile from Live and lost my hard earned two weeks of achievements, I do the process, recovering the profile as June 06 update.
5.- Starting to play again Halo CEA, and my surprise when I see I have registered all my progress in the game, but only one level not completed in Legendary but in Normal that was my first Playthrough.
6.- Played and completed the level on Legendary, but the achievements for Heroic and Legendary completion didn’t put up.
7.- Trying one last option, because by the time the profile was updated, I only had played two levels on Legendary and the rest on Normal, thinking that this was some kind of glitch, I played the entire campaing on Legendary, and still the achievements didn’ t put up.
8.- Called Xbox Support and do some options of recovering the profile again and cleaning the cache of the hard drive, but the game still register that I completed it on Legendary.
9.- Still in the process of complete the campaing again and see what happens.
So, I don’t really know what to do, if someone knows any solution for this problem I greatly appreciate it, because I don’t wanna have the game with this two achievements missing for some stupid issue with my console.
