Hii all,
I think I have a rather unique problem. I bought Halo 4 and first played it on Friday Nov 16th. I made sure to play Multiplayer, Spartan Ops, and Campaign that weekend so I would for sure unlock all the Specializations before the Nov 20th cut off date. I checked all my stats that weekend and it said the first day played was the 16th. All good I thought.
A few days later I ended up changing my gamertag but thought nothing of it until I didn’t recieve my code via email. I gave it some time because I know 343 were having problems until all my friends got the code and I didn’t. I went back and checked my stats and it now said the first day I played the game was Nov 21st, the same day I changed my gamertag, go figure. I thought these codes would be linked to your email not the gamertag. What the hell, I have no idea whats going on. I’m just wondering who I would need to contact to get this fixed or if anyone else had this weird problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
On a side note I was noticing that at the time Spartan Ops wasn’t registering the levels I completed. I would finish a game and it would show that I never played that level. I had to play some levels 3 times before the game figured it out. I know I’m not the only one who had that problem and I’m wondering if that bug messed with my other stats too.
