Hello, all. Here’s my issue: I managed to download the pre-order armor for halo reach off of the Xbox live store legally, and it says it’s installed in my games and apps. The only issue is that it won’t show the armor in game. I sent messages to the mods but they haven’t responded. I don’t know if they don’t know the answer or don’t want me bringing up trivial topics. If one of you has a solution, I’d love to hear it! To the mods: I wouldn’t be posting about this, but I called Microsoft first, but they directed me to the forums.

Do you have all the free maps downloaded?
If your game and add-ons are installed on an external drive, try re-installing everything on an internal drive. Not sure it will work, but something to try.
Try going back and redownloading the item by visiting your Download History. That should solve the problem. If it doesn’t, post here again and let us know

It should be setting somewhere under your account settings. I don’t remember how to do so from Xbox One but I know it’s buried in the settings, somewhere
