> ya how in the yoink do i get my screen shots off my personal file share, i know file share is down la di da w/e but i should still be able to get my personal files right how the f do i do that, 343 make a bungie like website this is annoying as hell.
I will attempt to translate this insane abomination against the English language:
How in the world can I get my screenshots off of my personal file-share? I know that the file-share system is down, but I ignore this and say whatever. Should I still be able to get my personal files right now? How the would I do that? I now have shifted to demanding that 343 model their entire website, database, data integration solutions, XBOX-Live back-end data transfers, and general user experience to exactly that of Halo: Reach.
Well honestly, you say you have full knowledge that the system is not working, claim to not care and ignore it completely, ask on how to get access with this knowledge, and then demand that a new company just look like the old one. This is some really hefty requirements.
343 Studios, while at a rocky start, does not have a workaround for a feature that is completely offline. You said it yourself when you stated “I know file share is down”. This is like going to a restaurant, ordering a salad, and then asking if they could just turn it into a steak really quick.
Also, this is a new company and therefore any websites they create should be a result of some type of leadership and direction which is not the same as Bungie. 343 Studios has been tasked with the continued process of reinventing a series for a subsequent release. Part of this means you have to revisit products, like a website, that were built around a particular game, like Halo: Reach.
Halo 4 is a different animal and I can relate with you that there are certain quirks that exist that I am dissatisfied with… (lack of an API or planned API support, etc.)
What I cannot understand is how you feel it unacceptable to use basic English and adhere to some basis of logic in your thoughts. You already know the answer to your own question and asking for a website built around an older game’s features by a different company is a bit absurd.
