I was playing a game of btb and finished the game and went thought the end loading screen it then went to a spinning circle that said it was trying to reconnect to 343 servers. It disconnected and sent me back to the start up screen. I pressed start and checked to see if I still got my req points which I did, but I tried to start up arena which then resulted in getting a “ban hammer strikes…23:59:59 hours” Please unban me because I did absolutely nothing wrong and finished the game…it really sucks when your at work all day and then coming home to relax and play some halo 5 and then this happens. My gamertag is SpyderMkay, before this is i contacted 1-800-4 MY XBOX and they told me to contact you through this.
This is sadly a downside of having dedicated servers for Halo 5. If it disconnects, it counts as a quit.
Since your ban was so long, I can only assume this wasn’t your first quit.
In future, please don’t quit out of games.
