I have no clue what to do about this. First off my SR is supposed to be 59 and, I should be wearing purple and red armor also, I have unlocked all loadouts and weapons but, when I am in the game lobby looking for a online match it says that I am SR 1 and, my armor isn’t showing then, when i start a game and choose my loadout, it says that I don’t have any loadouts to use but, whenever I hit start all my loadouts armors weapons etc… are there. Then I tried playing in a custom game and, the same thing was happening there to.
I have tried turning off the console, cleaning the disk, disconnecting from xbox live and playing a custom game but, that’s not working ether
Has anyone had that problem and if so, can you please tell me how to fix it.

Read a few other topics and see everyone else is already posting about this, before you make the same thread.
For whatever reason, you’re not able to communicate with Halo 4’s servers nor is anyone else you’re playing with. So you’re simply put in matches without any loadout or armor configurations.
The servers are down. Just wait and everything will go back to normal once 343 gets the servers back up.
I feel for you…it happened to me 3 minutes ago. All my Armor, Emblems, and Loadouts all reset. I had recruit when I’m an SR65 MARK VI, my service record was fine, but when I went to the campaign, all I had was the prologue. And when I went to “Infinity”, it played that little cinematic where Commander Palmer introduces you to “War Games and Spartan Ops” all that from a 2MB update.
Yeah, sorry about making another post. I normally due some kind of research beforehand but, I was in a hurry cuz I have a friend from kinda out of tow visiting today.
