I need help Halo Community… well after last update of Halo TMCC I didnt give the new avatar and nameplates … and I played online until the date 11.11.14 to 19.12.14… and I saw players with the new nameplates and avatars in matchmaking the last two hours… WTF? Something can explain me what happend?

343 should just publish the compensation to everyone in Xbox Marketplace.
Some players have recieved them in error. They will be given out to everyone, but as far as we know that hasn’t started yet. I wouldn’t worry, if you are eligible you will get them

Thank you so much ^_^…but I have a question what happend if I changed my gamertag until the date 11.11.14 to 19.12.14… I will be eligible or not? Do you have any idea what would be happend in this case? Note: I played online with my new gamertag until that dates [11.11.14 - 19.12.14]
I think you should be fine. As long as you play MCC withing the specified dates and are connected to xbox live, you should get the rewards.
Don’t change your gamer tag right now! You likely won’t get your content as it causes a problem with your stats. I did this a few years ago between the time of the bungie/343 takeover and I lost all my H2 stats.
