Help, I can't play, somethings wrong!

I need help, theres something wrong!
Every time I start matchmaking, people show up in the lobby and the map is chosen. Then its starts to load…
Poof, I’m kicked, and it starts looking for new people!
It once accepted and started a game, but it kicked everyonelse off, and I won by default.

I didn’t remember if I ever installed the game to my hdd, so I looked for its “Install Game” option, but I can’t find it! I even looked in the system storage, but it doesn’t say any where if its installed or not!

The disc isn’t scratched or anything!!!

Go turn your router off for 30 seconds then back on. :slight_smile:

Ah, well, I guess that WAS the problem. I now have the option to Install…but, it cannot install because the disc IS scratched or dirty or whatever. Thanks for the help!!!
I guess I’ll just barrow my brothers disc.

That sounds like file load failure. Reset your game if it happens again, and it should work fine. Somewhere in the game is a little glitchy, so if it happens and to be sure, check your file save and access it. If you can’t access your file save, that’s when you know that you can’t play certain maps so reset it.
