So, I’ve been playing lots of Halo: Reach lately and I want to unlock all helmets, but The Third version of the CQB helmet is blocking my path. Waypoint keeps crashing (it has been like this for a while) and now I’m stuck not able to get the helmet. It’s disappointing and frustrating. All I need is to beat Halo 3 campaign on legendary. I’m worried they unofficially discontinued support for the 360 application, and that really stings.
Basically, I am asking for an fix very soon (not the only one asking) and also would like to know if I don’t need to go to the waypoint app to confirm beating Halo 3 legendary to get the helmet. If you don’t need to do that, no problem. But if you do… well then that isn’t good.
Also, please let me know if there is any way to contact 343.

hmmmm your thread title is a bit misleading… but in regards to your post, im not too sure if they even have support for the old waypoint app on xbox 360.
Do you have solid repro steps for the crash? what are you selecting that is causing the crash? 343 will need this information to address your problem and will not respond officially to this thread with that kind of title… please edit your title and maybe mods or 343 personnel will take a look

Thank you for the reply! Sorry if the title is misleading, I’m just disappointed with 343i because they haven’t forced the problem. I don’t think it crashes when I click anything, it just crashes after I’m in the app for a certain amount of time. Maybe about 5 seconds.
The problem occurred after unlocking the last 2 achievements (Dear Diary and Headhunter) in Halo CE Anniversary on 360.
Before I unlocked those I visited Waypoint and it worked fine.
But before I was able to unlock the achievements I had to delete my account and my savings. After downloading my profile and playing the campaign with a new created second player I unlocked the achievements in the… don’t know, fifth try or so. The strange thing about it was that I gained them after I finished The Library.
This Waypoint here is telling me now that I unlocked those in July 2016 which is wrong, could be true though because my last try was actually in July 2016.
But the thing is I unlocked them recently (Jan 2017). And that’s when the achievements finally popped up.
Anyway, Waypoint on 360 is not working anymore and that’s what I did right before it happened.
Actually, when I try to use the classified section for my alt and my sister who just started playing the application of 360 does crash. I would really like this solved as soon as possible, as this bug may result in future issues with the master chief collection, so unless you just hand everyone with the app the armor and xp I would really think it in your best interest to fix this issue even if it is on an older console. The fact that our service records carry over is great but just giving up on the older platform is not possible so long as it is being used online and quite frankly after speaking to several Microsoft employees, it seems they don’t intend to shut down the servers in future, at this time. I know that they said they would in the past, but given economic issues they changed their perspective on the matter and the app functioned just fined until the “update”.

Yo presento el mismo problema van varias veces que descargo en mi Xbox 360 la aplicación de halo waypoint y se congela después de que la aplicación obtiene mis datos y e tratado de solucionarlo pero aún así no se soluciona
