Rank was reset along with all my settings, I’ve hard reset my xbox 4 times, deleted game profile 3 times, and reinstalled the game twice.
No matter what I do it wont sync my old rank of bridagier, and now has me has a recruit
Even though I have half of the achievements
Any help is welcome I just want my rank back

Sometimes with provider of internet when there are some global issues with connection the internet don’t load well the xbox profile
I had same problem 6 month ago but the problem resolve automatic
your rank doesn’t transfer over from the 360 version.

I had to redo the whole rank again, it seems liking with pc cause the issue, hence the loss
