help getting CQB in halo reach?

So I’ve had halo reach on my Xbox one for a while, but I was wondering how do I unlock the CQB helmet?

CQB (Base): Reach Waypoint Career Milestone 20, and unlock the Folks Need Heroes… achievement from Halo: Reach. CQB (HU/RS/CNM): Reach Waypoint Career Milestone 25, unlock the Campaign Complete: Heroic achievement fromHalo 3: ODST, and the CQB (Base) Helmet.

I have the CQB UA/HUL and I love it, I unlocked it about a year and a half ago in June 2015 and I love the helmet and use it whenver I play reach the standard CQB shouldn’t be hard to unlock and all you have to do is download the halo waypoint on 360 (which hasn’t been touched since probably 2013 maybe 2014
