Hello!
I was directed here from Microsofts xbox support and then xboxforums. About two weeks ago, all of my armor and credits were reset on halo reach. Weirdly, however, my rank stayed the same. I know it was not due to something I did, because in the previous 4 months, I barely played at all. Also, as I’m sure you can check, I did not break any rule in any way. One day, everything was there, the next, it had all vanished.
I was wondering if there was any way you could help me out? Ideally by returning my account to its previous state, but if that is not possible, it would be nice if I could get the credits since I spent a lot of play time earning them.
As of now, my rank is 468,835 credits past Hero. My gamer tag is inOzOnE.
Anything you could do would be much appreciated.
Thanks
If you check, your armour will still be there, your profile simply had a hiccup resulting in it changing it back to Default Armour.
Simply reselect it and game on!
I have a similar problem to inOzOne’s. My guy also reverted back to default but my rank stayed the same. Then after I played a game it told me I ranked up, even though I was still a legend ranked up from a legend to a legend Anyways, It seems my Multiplayer is working okay now, just had to put everything back.
However, I now have no campaign progress whatsoever. I was working towards legendary and its all gone. Can anyone explain what happened? or do I have to start from scratch again??
Thanks!
Unfortunately you’re going to have to start the campaign over agian.
Okay, I already went through the missions on easy just to unlock them. Does this happen on a regular basis with others?
It sometimes does this if you have issues radiating from your harddrive I would clear your system cache and perform some maintenance on your harddrive.

It happened to me the source of the problem was somewhere along the line you turned off your xbox while you were saving and it corrupted the memory of the campaign if you go on bungie.net or your service record it will still say you completed the campaign on your highest difficulty. hope this helps
i have an issue with my levels for some reason i am no longer leveling up and cant move on i want to know if there is a way to delete everything over and start fresh
