So I have this problem with my map. I have a ton of lights on the map, only a couple of them have set lens flares on them. For some reason, every time I load the map or generate lighting, the lights that I set to have NO FLARES have ugly, streak lens flares on them. This only happens to lights in groups and all of the lights in these groups have the same setting of Lens Flares being off. This bug does not happen to the invisible lights in the groups, however. Also, when I go into the settings of these lights with the “ghost flares” on them it says that there are no Lens flares on the objects. I’d just like to know if this is a bug or if I’m messing up somehow, and if this is a bug then I guess this is my way of telling 343.
I’m trying to figure out this problem myself and so far this is the only post about this problem. If I fix it I’ll let you know for sure man.
Yeah, that is a really annoying bug.
