I keep getting disconnected to the main menu because my “fireteam changed”
No it didn’t. Nothing changed. It just keeps disconnecting me from playing.
What do I do?

it might be drunk
if it is just pour gatorade over the vents
that should clear it up and the electrolytes will rejuvenate your connection
I am having the same issue. Both before AND after the latest update. All other devices work fine, not a router/connection issue. Gotta be a big in game.
