I absolutely cannot understand the ranking system… A friend and I played all of our qualifying matches together in slayer, breakout, and swat. In slayer it ranks him gold but me platinum. In breakout the same thing but me gold and him platinum. Swat was the only playlist we both ranked the same, diamond. We had the same wins, same losses, and basically the same kd ratio in each playlist. In free for all I won 5 out of the 10 games and I get ranked platinum, but he wins 1 out of 10 games and gets ranked onyx with a lot lower kd ratio. Just finished rocket rumble, I didn’t win a single game and was only 8 kills higher than my deaths and I get ranked onyx. I don’t understand it? Everyone says you get ranked on the people you play against, but how can it rank two people different if you play all your qualifying matches together??
