no it is because when you move or bump your xbox 360 while playing a game it gives your disk a perfect ring which means it will no longer play there is only three ways to fix this number one is to unplug the console and then start it back up and play different games if the game that you try does not work you have to get a new disk or console
Even if you’re credit banned, you can still play the game.
The 03-80-00 error is an unrecognized disc error. If the disc is clean, try clearing your Xbox’s hard drive cache and try again. If not, it may be the disc lens, try using a lens cleaner.
