Also, I have not unlocked the following Common rarity Battle Rifle despite completing the Silver pack grind. Someone has posted below that it was in the promotion pack I should have received for reaching Spartan Rank 2:
I have received the Builder emblem (Spartan Rank 5) and all of the other ones after that (I’m currently Spartan Rank 99), just not those three Emblems above (and the Battle Rifle) for some reason.
Any help or advice would be appreciated, for example, is there a 343i employee or forum account that I can message about it?

Edit: Someone has suggested I might have missed out on the SR2, SR3 and SR4 promotion packs because of company commendations that increased my experience so much that I moved through spartan ranks 2-4 whilst I was on a break from the game. This sounds like a possible reason but I would like it to be fixed if possible please.
Edit 2: I changed the Battle Rifle with Recon Sight to Spartan Rank 2 as I had the pack granted to my account again (see final post) and it was in the Spartan Rank 2 Promotion Pack, not Spartan Rank 3.
Man, I have posted about this so many times I’ve lost count. I never received my SR-80 emblem (Fireteam Osiris). My pack was glitched or something and it disappeared from my unopened packs. The emblem remains locked in my collection. I never received any response from 343. Such a shame because I’ve seen cases where people who bought packs with real money gets a response from 343 pretty quickly, which I understand but it doesn’t mean they have to ignore us.

A friend didn’t actively start playing Halo 5 for a while, but was part of my Spartan Company. As we progressed and earned commendations, he would receive XP on his account eventually gaining him enough to pass SR4 or 5 - that means he missed the REQ pack you get for reaching SR3 that comes with the standard BR. Had to wait for a good while to unlock through the REQ system. I wonder if perhaps something similar has happened here?

It could very well be exactly that.
I took a break from the game for a while after a few hours of campaign (which doesn’t increase rank) and a handful of Grifball games. So I was a very low rank.
Meanwhile, my friend Sepheus added me to section 3 and when I returned to the game recently I had a lot of company commendation packs to open as well as my individual commendation packs from all of the multikills I’d gotten in Grifball. I hadn’t opened any packs initially as I didn’t understand the req system so didn’t want to open them until I understood what they were.
I’ve since opened all of my packs but don’t have these emblems.
Do you think I lost the promotion packs for some reason?

Have you tried, pm’ing unyshek? I am sure he get’s a zillion pm’s so he may not respond, but worth a try.
the basic battle rifle req is SR3 rank which I never got and same with SR 2 rank for the elementary emblem and I’m SR 97! I wish 343 would fix this glitch. I’ve spent lots of real world money on this too and I’m missing things I shouldn’t be missing based in SR. To me 343’s community support is extremely poor. Honestly I never thought I’d say it but it’s worse than some of the worst out there. We need to make noise to get these issues fixed!

Are you sure the Basic Battle Rifle was unlocked in the SR3 promotion REQ pack?
If so, that’s why I never received it either as I seem to have missed the SR2, SR3 and SR4 promotion REQ packs for some reason.
I have spent time doing that! But apparently the battle rifle common req is an SR 3 unlock. Plus I’m missing SR 2 and SR 4 and 3 emblems. Is there anyone that can help me sort this out matador?
