Ok so I have been asking alot of questions lately but I am soon going to send my xbox in and I need to confirm one last thing.
If I move my gamertag to a flash drive will it take all my multiplayer information to. I know that campaign data is not included but I really only care if I have my multiplayer info.
such as my rank, kills, credits ect.
Help would be gladly appreciated
Not that I know of… You’ll need to transfer game saves for that.
Really? I thought all of your multiplayer info was on your profile. like when you recover it on say a different xbox it doesnt have any campaign progress but it has multiplayer.
I just need to confirm this.
I have gone through 4 xbox’s, myself. I could always just recover my gamer tag and all my online info would be there. This includes my progression through online play as well.
Nowadays, you can just use the Cloud storage for the saved games, and campaign progression.

Though it does matter from game to game, except for campaign progress, everything else is saved to your profile.
In ODST this includes single player Sadie story discoveries and H3 and HR MP settings.

Just move everything on your Xbox over to the flash drive and then back onto the Xbox when you get it back/get the new one. That’ll save everything… Everything.

Thanks Ill be sure to do that to. man this has cleared up so much. the guys at best buy wont let me keep my hard drive but what I am hearing from other people is that I can keep it.
