Help! cant use limited edition specilisations

can anyone help me please?

i have used the code to get the limited edition specialisations.
i am now level 60 and have just completed wetwork but now i can only choose operator. i cant even view the other ones.

can anyone help me so i can get pioneer and the other limited edition specialisations???

Try going to your active downloads. If there isnt anything there, then hit the guide button, go to your account info, go to your download history, and try re-downloading the code.
