I think you are referring to the Waypoint app on 360, not the website. As far as I’m aware, it’s no longer possible to unlock those helmets through the app.

You actually can unlock them I believe.

If you can boot up the Waypoint app on 360, then that’s all you’ll need, provided you have passed certain milestones. If you have not reached certain milestones, you can look for those details within the app or search Google for more info. According to FestiveHunter above, you should be able to unlock those armor pieces.
