HELP!!! Achievements no longer show progress.

I have owned MCC since release in 2014, originally on Xbox One X, and for the last 7 months on Steam. Last night everything was fine, achievements were showing progress (267/500 MP wins, 2/4 LASO campaigns completed, 99/500 grenade kills, etc.). Today I logged in and lo and behold, now none of the achievements I was working towards show any progress. All of the already unlocked ones are still unlocked, but the ones with progress towards them now show no progress.

I decided to check Waypoint and see if they were still updating here, and now Waypoint shows I have NO SERVICE RECORD for MCC! All the other games I have played still show progress, but I apparently have ZERO MCC service record now.

Finally, I thought maybe Steam was the issue so I fired up the ol’ Xbox, and same story. Unlocked achievements are there, but no progress towards anything that wasn’t unlocked…

Anybody else ever have this issue? What can/should I do? I have been trying to 100% MCC before Infinite drops, and was at 676/700…until today.

Update, approximately 6 seconds after posting this my service record came back…and my progress inside MCC. No idea what caused this.

I am very glad it solved itself! I remember when all my achievement progress was reset back in 2016 or so, and having to get all those legendary medals again was one of the worst grinds. I was literally at 99/100 when it reset. Never got a fix and had to earn everything all over again for like 80+ achievements…I still find myself a tad bitter about it all even after earning my completion if I am being 100% honest.

Turning everything off and back on, uninstalling and reinstalling the games, and removing/redownloading your accounts are the traditional order of advice for these things if it happens again bt; as you discovered patience also can pull through sometimes. With games like the MCC however it’s always a gambit
