HELP!!! b4 i say anything i just wanna say i’ve done everything for my xb1, my router and internet/network. yeah as of today i can no longer find games in mcc. tell me to do anything. i’ve done it. try me. it just says players found and i sometimes get players found but it never connects and i search forever in limbo. i can play other multiplayer games like pubg but mcc refuses. trying to play with all my friends here. nat open, called my isp. hard reset my xbox. cleared the cache (unplugged my xb1 and power brick for 30 seconds) and blue ray memory. reset my xb1 multiple times. reset my internet multiple times. tried other games and they worked. WTF? is this some kind of server lag/update/tweak. yeah right. i wish. what’s going on 343? good lord other people in the same area/region/province are finding games like nothing and then there’s me. my internet is top tier and good for the price i pay, what’s going on. help!
also i can join peoples lobbies and play custom games but i can’t find games in matchmaking. i don’t know why or what’s going on here but i’ve literally tired EVERYTHING FOR XBOX MODEM N OTHERWISE. closest i’ve got was / it finds all the players except 1 and then never connects. this is bogus c’mon 343 fix this game and fix it good. UGH.

I have the same exact issue and i have no idea why. Someone please help!
Having the same issue on my end too - also just starting today.
As you said province, it’s worth mentioning (or maybe not, but more detail I guess) I’m also I’m Canada.
I’ve went on Twitch to see if people are streaming matchmaking games and they are. I’ve looked at the in-game roster and people are finding games no problem.
On my end, I’ve also done the following:
- Factory reset my router, and with that hard reset my Xbox One X. - Port forwarded my Xbox and opened up DMZ (temporarily). - Deleted and reinstalled MCC (big waste of time haha) - Removed and redownloaded my Gamertag (hard reset inbetween) - Used LTE on my phone as a hotspot and connected my Xbox One to that (to ensure it wasn’t a matter of my router/internet)Worth mentioning that, like you, my NAT is Open. Every other game finds matches no problem and with that, aren’t laggy at all. I also joined a friend’s lobby on MCC and connected right away, then he searched and we couldn’t find a game (in any playlist). I told him about what was going on and said “I bet if you search solo, you’ll find a game no problem”. With that, he left, searched and found a match as quick as you normally would. Also a fat winky face to rub it in…
All of this happening to multiple people in the same days despite everyone’s connection being fine… Think it’s safe to say it’s an internal problem and not anything anyone can do on their end at home to fix it.
The issue is caused by the newest Xbox UI if you’re in one of the preview programs. Revert back to the normal UI and everything should start working again for matchmaking.

The beta / alpha UI is the issue. You need to leave the program and reset your Xbox to the UI that people outside of the program have. It’s very annoying.
